✅ Return Policy
You may request a return only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon delivery
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
⚠️ Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used Shilajit products are not eligible for return or exchange.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent through bank transfer or mobile wallet
🚚 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Complaints made after the return period
- Product has been opened or used
